   dmarc=fail (p=NONE sp=NONE dis=NONE) header.from=kernel.org

and I think it's because you have

   DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; q=dns/txt; c=relaxed/relaxed;
d=sirena.org.uk;

but then you have

   From: Mark Brown <broonie@...nel.org>

so the DKIM signature is all correct, but it's correct for
sirena.org.uk, not for the sender information..
