We are talking this project:
https://wiki.linuxfoundation.org/civilinfrastructureplatform/start .
Upgrading is not an option, but I can take the patch locally.

If someone has confirmation that "interesting" license is a mistake
and it is indeed GPL, that would be nice, too.
