I'd suggest to add here:

	if (npwms > ARRAY_SIZE(mtk_pwm_clk_name) + 2)
		npwms = ARRAY_SIZE(mtk_pwm_clk_name) + 2;

to ensure to not use mtk_pwm_clk_name[10].
