Subject: [PATCH v3 00/15] Enable CONFIG_VMAP_STACK on PPC32

The purpose of this serie is to enable CONFIG_VMAP_STACK on PPC32.

rfc v1: initial support on 8xx

rfc v2: added stack overflow detection.
