Subject: [PATCH] mm/memblock: cleanup doc

fix typos for:
    elaboarte -> elaborate
    architecure -> architecture
    compltes -> completes

And, convert the markup :c:func:`foo` to foo() as kernel documentation
toolchain can recognize foo() as a function.
