Subject: [PATCH] misc: MIC: drop all 'comment' lines from its Kconfig

From: Randy Dunlap <rdunlap@...radead.org>

The "comment" Kconfig lines for the Intel MIC drivers are
redundant, and nowhere else do we use this kind of Kconfig
style, so remove them.
