Subject: [PATCH 02/36] libperf: Add 'struct perf_mmap_param'

Add libperf's version of mmap params 'struct perf_mmap_param' object
with the basics: 'prot' and 'mask'. Encapsulate it in the current
'struct mmap_params' object.
