In my box, the patch can be applied to the -rcu "dev" well.
And there is nothing strange after boot.
Have I just made a mistake a again? In my box, the HEAD
of -rcu "dev" is 9725023b ("torture: Handle jitter for CPUs that cannot
be offlined")
