Subject: [PATCH 1/2] iio: imu: adis16460: use DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE to define debugfs fops

It is more clear to use DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE to define debugfs file
operation rather than DEFINE_SIMPLE_ATTRIBUTE.
