Subject: [PATCH v3 1/5] EDAC/amd64: Make struct amd64_family_type global

From: Yazen Ghannam <yazen.ghannam@....com>

The struct amd64_family_type doesn't change between multiple nodes and
instances of the modules, so make it global.
