Subject: [PATCH 2/7] sh: dump_stack: Fix broken lines and ptrval in calltrace dumps

Rejoin the broken lines by using pr_cont(), and use "%px" to print
sensible addresses.
Convert the remaining printk() calls to pr_*() while at it.
