Subject: [PATCH 1/2] power: supply: add CW2015 Fuel Gauge driver

The CellWise CW2015 is a I2C interfaced shuntless Fuel Gauge for lithium-ion
batteries.
This patch adds support for the CellWise CW2015 Fuel Gauge.
