Probably, you meant it to be the same as __IOSQE_HARDLINK__

Yeah, and it's easier for something like:

sqe->flags |= IOSQE_LINK;
[some code]
if (timer_or_whatever())
	sqe->flags |= IOSQE_HARDLINK;
