Subject: [PATCH] treewide: remove redundent IS_ERR() before error code check

'PTR_ERR(p) == -E*' is a stronger condition than IS_ERR(p).
Hence, IS_ERR(p) is unneeded.

The semantic patch that generates this commit is as follows:
