Subject: [PATCH v12 1/3] MIPS: PCI: Support mapping of INTB/C/D for pci-xtalk-bridge

Implented mapping of PCI INTB/C/D, which is needed for PCI multifunction
devices, PCI-PCI bridges and IOC3.
