You're wasting time, because you're not _listening_ to the other guy.
There is nothing special about how to repro this bug. It can be repro'd
by building binutils-2.21.1 from source, it can be repro'd by building
with a distro that packaged 2.21 -- such as OpenSUSE 12.1 [1], it can be
repro'd by Mauro doing an Android build [2].
The common thread in all that, is that the kernel is being built with a
binutils prior to version 2.23, which is what is noted in the commit log
as it stands.
