Subject: [PATCH] selftests: KVM: AMD Nested SVM test infrastructure

Add the basic infrastructure needed to test AMD nested SVM.
This is largely copied from the KVM unit test infrastructure.
Three very basic tests come along, executed in sequence.

Given the amount of code taken from KVM unit test, I would be
more than happy to transfer any authorship. Please let me know.
