Subject: [PATCH 20/20] ARM: socfpga: Drop unneeded select of PCI_DOMAINS_GENERIC

Support for Altera SOCFPGA systems depends on ARCH_MULTI_V7, and thus on
ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM.
As the latter selects PCI_DOMAINS_GENERIC, there is no need for
ARCH_SOCFPGA to select PCI_DOMAINS_GENERIC.
