Subject: [PATCH v3 14/14] phy: cadence-torrent: Add support for subnode bindings

Implement single link subnode support to the phy driver. The driver
only supports PHY_TYPE_DP with master lane as 0. Add reset support
including PHY reset and individual lane reset.
