Subject: [PATCH 5.4 012/104] net_sched: use validated TCA_KIND attribute in tc_new_tfilter()

From: Eric Dumazet <edumazet@...gle.com>

[ Upstream commit 36d79af7fb59d6d9106feb9c1855eb93d6d53fe6 ]

sysbot found another issue in tc_new_tfilter().
We probably should use @name which contains the sanitized
version of TCA_KIND.
