Subject: [PATCH] ALSA: hdsp: remove redundant assignment to variable err

From: Colin Ian King <colin.king@...onical.com>

assigned a new value in the next statement. The assignment is redundant
and can be removed.

Addresses-Coverity: ("Unused value")
