Subject: [PATCH 5.5 271/367] drm/amdgpu: fetch default VDDC curve voltages (v2)

From: Alex Deucher <alexander.deucher@....com>

commit 0531aa6eb38bfa9514609e2727558a051da7365f upstream.

Ask the SMU for the default VDDC curve voltage values. This
properly reports the VDDC values in the OD interface.

v2: only update if the original values are 0
