Subject: [PATCH 1/8] bootconfig: Set CONFIG_BOOT_CONFIG=n by default

Set CONFIG_BOOT_CONFIG=n by default. This also warns
user if CONFIG_BOOT_CONFIG=n but "bootconfig" is given
in the kernel command line.
