Subject: Open Source Security infringement

Disregarding the fact that MikeeUSA is a subhuman pedophile, is there a
valid legal argument for suing Open Source Security for infringement? If
yes, then why is there no interest to enforce the kernel's license? If
not, can someone please explain once and for all why?
