IMHO, we should still list here the dependencies here, or for some randconfig
builds we may get warnings for unmet direct dependencies. So i think you got
it right in your v3.
btw. It is also a good practice to list the changes in your cover letter, so
people who have looked at previous versions of that patches would know what
changed.
