Subject: [PATCH v2 07/12] docs: dt: convert of_unittest.txt to ReST

- Add a SPDX header;
- Adjust document and section titles;
- Adjust numerated list markups;
- Some whitespace fixes and new line breaks;
- Mark literal blocks as such;
- Add it to devicetree/index.rst.
