Subject: [PATCH] Fixes: 227942809b52 ("cpufreq: powernv: Restore cpu frequency to policy->cur on unthrottling")

The patch avoids allocating cpufreq_policy on stack hence fixing frame
size overflow in 'powernv_cpufreq_work_fn'
