Subject: [PATCH] misc: pci_endpoint_test: remove duplicate macro PCI_ENDPOINT_TEST_STATUS

PCI_ENDPOINT_TEST_STATUS is already defined in pci_endpoint_test.c along
with the status bits, so this patch drops duplicate definition.
