Subject: [PATCH v2 19/20] media: Kconfig: move the position of sub-driver autoselection

Let's place the sub-driver-autoselection option just below
the device filtering one, as it also controls a filter menu,
with is not even visible if !EXPERT && !EMBEDDED.
