Please remember to clean up the reference to
CONFIG_AS_CFI_SIGNAL_FRAME in arch/arc/kernel/unwind.c.  It was not
defined by any Makefile scoped to arch/arc, so the the ifndef guards
can go, but the code they guard should stay.
