Subject: [PATCH] f2fs: switch discard_policy.timeout to bool type

While checking discard timeout, we use specified type
UMOUNT_DISCARD_TIMEOUT, so just replace doplicy.timeout with
it, and switch doplicy.timeout to bool type.
