While 0.2 isn't official, I don't think we got any comments on 0.2-rc1 so let's
just go ahead and release it.  I'm hoping to send my PR at the end of the week,
I'll be sure to tag 0.2 before then -- things are still a bit of a mess here
due to the internet issues, but I've got a bunch of networking gear coming this
week so hopefully it'll get better...
