Subject: [PATCH V1 3/4] mmc: sdhci-msm: Set SDHCI_QUIRK_MULTIBLOCK_READ_ACMD12 quirk

sdhci-msm can support auto cmd12.
So enable SDHCI_QUIRK_MULTIBLOCK_READ_ACMD12 quirk.
