Subject: [PATCH v2 5/6] irqchip: Add Loongson PCH MSI controller

This controller appears on Loongson LS7A family of PCH to transform

and send them to procrssor's HT vector controller.

v2:
	- Style clean-ups
	- Add ack callback
	- Use bitmap_find_free_region
