Subject: [PATCH v4 02/12] cpufreq: blacklist SDM845 in cpufreq-dt-platdev

Add SDM845 to cpufreq-dt-platdev blacklist since the actual scaling is
handled by the 'qcom-cpufreq-hw' driver.
