Subject: [PATCH v5 2/6] arch/x86/kvm: Refactor tlbflush and l1d flush

Refactor the existing assembly bits into smaller helper functions
and also abstract L1D_FLUSH into a helper function. Use these
functions in kvm for L1D flushing.
