Subject: [net-next RFC PATCH 11/13] net: prp: add supervision frame generation and handling support
Add support for sending and handling supervision frames. For PRP,
supervision frame format is similar to HSR version 0, but have a
PRP Redunancy Control Trailor (RCT) added.
