Subject: [PATCH 03/10] riscv: Add pgprot_writecombine/device and PAGE_SHARED defination if NOMMU

Some drivers use PAGE_SHARED, pgprot_writecombine()/pgprot_device(),
add the defination to fix build error if NOMMU.
