I just tried a 5.7-rc7 kernel with lock torture enabled as in your config:

And I didn't get any warnings or problems, I was able to boot and use
the vm.

I'm not familiar with lock torture internals, and I can't see why it
failed for you.

Are you able to boot on a 5.7-rc7?
