So, for my next version, I am planning to change this "lockstep-mode" to 
a ti,cluster-mode property (still an enum/integer). We have a new SoC 
family coming up wherein we are supporting a unique mode called "Single 
CPU" mode which is not the same as LockStep, and I will be finding the 
current "lockstep-mode" property limiting there.
