But open coding opcode is so much fun! :) Its fine to put this in the XML. It
can only be executed from the ringbuffer FWIW.

As we discussed on IRC this bit isn't needed because the CP_SMMU_TABLE_UPDATE
handles it for us. I'll remove that.
