Subject: [PATCH 1/2] kasan: Improve and simplify Kconfig.kasan

Turn 'KASAN' into a menuconfig, to avoid cluttering its parent menu with
the suboptions if enabled. Use 'if KASAN ... endif' instead of having
to 'depend on KASAN' for each entry.
