Subject: [PATCH 08/15] mmc: host: dw_mmc-exynos: Add kerneldoc descriptions of for 'dev' args

Provide missing documentation for dw_mci_exynos_suspend_noirq() and
dw_mci_exynos_resume_noirq() function headers.

Fixes the following W=1 kernel build warnings:
