Subject: [PATCH v2 7/8] KVM: arm64: Sync dirty log parallel
Give userspace another selection to solve high-cost dirty log
sync, which called multi-core offload. Usersapce can enable
this policy through KVM_CAP_ARM_HW_DIRTY_LOG.
