Add device tree binding Documentation details for Qualcomm msm8226
pinctrl driver.

- Bindings documentation was based on qcom,ipq6018-pinctrl.yaml added by
  Sricharan R <sricharan@...eaurora.org> and then modified for msm8226
  content
