I consulted Cai Land(Chuntian.Cai@....com), he told me corresponding smc
message name to fSMC_MSG_SetWorkloadMask() is
"PPSMC_MSG_ActiveProcessNotify" in firmware code of Renoir.

Strange though it may seem, but it's a fact.
