MMC_TIMING_UHS2 is used in sdhci_get_preset_value(), it selects uhs-ii
bus speed mode.
I can replace/extend it with MMC_TIMING_UHSII_{FD156|HD312|FD312|FD624}.
Please also help comment sdhci_get_preset_value().

The fours callbacks are used for uhs-ii initialization flow.
They can be commented after reviewing the process.
