Subject: [PATCH v1] powerpc/process: Replace #ifdef CONFIG_KALLSYMS by
 IS_ENABLED()

The #ifdef CONFIG_KALLSYMS encloses some printk which can
compile in all cases.

Replace by IS_ENABLED().
