Subject: [PATCH 12/16] iommu: hisi_smmu_lpae: cleanup printk macros

- Whenever possible, use dev_foo() instead of pr_foo();
- Replace dbg() macro by either pr_debug() or dev_dbg();
- Fix some warnings due to different integer types.
- add debug at hisi_smmu_domain_alloc_lpae() to allow checking
  what domains were mapped.
