Subject: [PATCH 09/28] wireless: intel: iwlegacy: debug: Demote seemingly unintentional kerneldoc header

This is the only use of kerneldoc in the sourcefile and no
descriptions are provided.

Fixes the following W=1 kernel build warning(s):
